PROCESSING TIME

All products are made by hand to order.
The production period takes from 2 to 6 working days.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Canada: 10 to 20 business days.
  • North America: 10-20 business days.
  • Europe: 5-25 business days (France & UK: 7-20 business days).
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 8-25 business days.

In other countries, the shipment is sent by Poland Post with delivery confirmation and tracking. Delivery time is between 4-25 business days and includes time in customs.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items on sale.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the non-personalized item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CUSTOMER APPROVED ERRORS OR TYPOS

Please note any errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proofread your submitted wording so please check all details (spelling, alignment, dates) before approving your proofs. Errors found after you approve your proof are not eligible for a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
